About the Course
Starting October 2021, security guards are required to undergo top-up training prior to renewing their license. As a result, the Highfield Level 2 Award for Security Officers in the Private Security Industry (Top-Up) course has been developed specifically for individuals currently holding an active license from the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to work as security officers.
This course is tailored to bring delegates up to speed with the latest qualification requirements associated with their license. Aligned with the relevant SIA specification for learning and qualifications, and endorsed by both Skills for Security and the SIA, who oversee regulation within the private security industry, this Level 2 Award ensures compliance and competence within the sector.
