About the Course
The Food Safety Level 2 qualification is the accepted minimum standard for those who work in the catering and food industries. It covers a wide range of subjects to ensure that all members of staff maintain a high level of cleanliness in the workplace and actively prevent the contamination of food.
Everybody responsible for the preparation, serving or delivery of food requires this qualification as a minimum standard.

All learners must be 16 + years of age.
This qualification is evaluated through a comprehensive multiple-choice examination process.
Our policy ensures that there is no fee for retaking the exam if you do not pass on your initial attempt – a principle we refer to as “NO PASS – NO RETAKE FEE.” You are entitled to two retakes without any additional charge.
