Course Curriculum
Course Structure: The Emergency First Aid at Work program comprises three components:
Part 1: Theoretical Knowledge – This segment is delivered through e-learning. Prior to attending the training venue, you will receive a link to access the Highfield e-learning modules. It is mandatory to complete the e-learning independently.
Access the Highfield e-learning platform and navigate through the content, including scenarios that offer practical context. At the conclusion of the e-learning, you will undergo assessment via multiple-choice questions.
Part 2: Practical Activities – The practical elements of the qualification will be conducted and evaluated face-to-face at the training center.
Part 3: Multiple Choice Examination
Topics Covered Include:

Theoretical Assessment – E-assessment: Participants will need to respond to a set of questions and attain a passing grade in each section of the theoretical assessment. Results will be promptly available upon completion of the e-assessment.
Upon successful completion of the Emergency First Aid qualification, you will receive an e-certificate. Typically, this is issued within 3-7 working days.
Practical Assessment: The practical assessment is conducted throughout the course duration. During this assessment, delegates are expected to demonstrate their ability to provide necessary assistance to a casualty, effectively manage the situation, and seek appropriate aid when required.
We adhere to a “No Pass – No Retake Fee” policy, meaning there will be no charge for retakes if you do not pass. Our pass rate exceeds 95%.
E-Assessment results will be provided on the same day as the assessment.
